Terms of serviceBy commissioning me, you agree to my terms of serviceOrdering
I, as the artist, have the right to decline a commission.
Commissioners must have clear references, either flat images or an unshaded reference sheet. If not provided, I will not draw for them.
I can not specifically tell when a commission will be done.(Commissioners can always check the commission queue and progress on my Trello)
Small edits to the client's idea may be accepted before the line art phase, however, I, the artist, will not change a commission's initial idea once full payment is made. If the client is unpleased and continuously trying to change their initial idea, the client will be refunded and blacklisted.
Must be 16+ to commission me! 18+ for NSFW with ID
Turn around time can be anywhere from 1 day to a month depending on irl situation as well as how detail the com is!Payment
I do not start till I have full payment.
Prices are in USD.
I only accept payment via P@yp@l, or through Kofi atm!
Other payment options are being learned to be able to be added and taken!
Payment must be paid 48 hours after ordering and paid in full unless it's a huge commission.
If ordering a commission, you must provide me with an email, so I can invoice you.

As an artist thou the US copyright law, I have the rights to the artwork I create unless discussed otherwise. I have the right to post and promote my work anywhere I like.
Commissioners have the right to print their commission for their use! If you want to use my art as stickers, pins etc you must ask me and pay for commercial rights!
Commissioners have the right to post the art anywhere they like or use the art for icons, banners, etc, but must credit me as the artist when posted.
I will not and do not give out the file for a commission for a client. Unless it is paid for line art base.
I will not take credit for designs I did not create, and will credit the original creator when possible.
I DO NOT ALLOW MY WORK TO BE USED FOR NFT OR ANYTHING OF THE LIKE.
MY ART IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED IN ANY AI ARTWORK OR GENERATOR.Refunds
A full refund may only be done if I haven't started the art or can't work on it due to reasons.
If I have started on the art, a refund can not be ordered. If you do need a refund for money reasons it can be discussed, but if you issue a refund for style, price or anything else you will not be allowed to commission again.
If you do a chargeback after work is completed you will be banned/blocklisted from ever commissioning again, you will not be allowed to own any of my designs either and a post will be made to warn others of your actions!.Extras and modifications
A wip can be requested, but this will be for the commissioner and myself only, do not use this publicly or post it anywhere. If one is not requested, one will not be given.
When getting a wip a request to edit the sketch can be made. Minor edits or stuff missed will be fixed for free but larger edits such as a large part of the sketch, all of it, or even smaller edits that add up will be a small fee and will need to be paid. If edits are requested, a second wip will be sent.
Any edits that fall under 'style' rather than detail may be refused
Edits of a character's design haft way thou the commission may be refused
Small edits after the finished commission can be requested, but you will have only 48 hours. There may be a small fee depending.
If anyone uses my art for profit, claims it as theirs or has violated the TOS in any other way without talking to me first, commissioner or no will no longer be allowed to commission and will be blocked/removed from my contactWhat I will not draw
As the artist, I have the right to refuse any subject content that I am not comfortable drawing. Below is a list of what I will refuse. If you do have any questions about a subject that is not on the list, please ask me about it before ordering- Under-age characters in sexual themes. Also known as "Cub" and this also counts loil as I do draw humans
-I will draw chubby, but I will not draw heavily overweight/characters that are chubby/fat for a fetish
-Full Neon/Bright characters, I can work with a little bit of Neon/bright but not full
-ANY type of vore!
-NSFW feral art
- Rape
- Hyper
- Scat / Farting / Watersports/ Vomiting
- Characters in pain during 'playtime'
- Cheating on a partner
- My characters with yours in fetishes or poses they would not do or will not draw a character who isn't available with yours just because you want it
-Your character with one you don't have permission to use
-Stolen characters
-Abusive behavior
-Art that, if more than one character, not everyone has agreed to be involved in.
-Cannibalism
-necrophilia
-Incest
-Illegal dangerous drugs
-NSFW with weapons
-Illegal weapons
-I won't copy or trace other artist's style
-Killing another character
-Hate speech
-flags that are harmful to the pride community or illegal
-gun violence/threats
-Making you a character based off someone irlI can draw gore, but I will not draw killed/killing or dead/murdered characters in NSFW ways. (Zombies or infected/undead characters are fine)
I can draw humans and feral characters, but I will not draw NSFW of feral on anthro, feral on human, etc.
If you get NSFW art at all, I will require you to send me an ID proof that you are 18 or older if I believe you are not of age. If you have gotten nsfw off me from the past before, and I have seen your ID you will not need to show it again.
If you get NSFW art with another character that is not yours, I will need everyone in the commission to confirm to me or for you to have proof that they confirm that they know you are getting this art and is 100% all right with what you are getting. If this can not be provided, I will refuse to draw the piece.Adopt/design TOS
.You may add accessories (earrings, clothes etc) to a design.
.If you plan on redesigning a design from me, You may not completely change the design up, adding new markings, colors etc are okay but taking away from the original design fully is not. If when getting a design want an edit to it, You're more than welcome to ask, I always keep the files.
.You may resell/retrade/regift designs from me, but you are not allowed to resell or retrade for more than what you got unless extra has been added.
if you got the design on toyhouse from me, check the rules for that certain design.
.Do not try and scam anyone using one of my designs, you will be blacklisted.
.You may not change the species of the design, but you are allowed to add different species versions.
.You can not make a closed/open/semi open species out of my designs!
.Once a design is brought, traded or gifted, you own commercial rights! You are more than welcome to make fursuits, pins, stickers and more off designs I made as long as you don't use my original art! You may message and ask me if you want to use it, and we can sort something out
.ANYONE CAUGHT BREAKING THESE RULES WILL BE BLACKLISTED AND NOT ALLOWED TO OWN ANY DESIGNS OR COMMISSION ANY.Small note-A couple of my friends have permission from me to redesign/alter stuff from me for them! Please ask me first before jumping at anyone
